Capgemini CEO Aiman Ezzat asserted it is now in a unique position to help companies transform their processes in the era of agentic AI, following the completion of a $3.3 billion deal to buy WNS.
The acquisition of digital business process services specialist WNS was announced in July and completed on 17 October.
In a statement lauding the benefits of the acquisition, Ezzat noted Capgemini and the company it has just taken over share a “common vision of the potential of agentic AI to transform our clients’ business operations”.

“By combining Capgemini’s global reach, strategy and transformation capabilities, technology and AI leadership with WNS’ industry expertise and platforms, we’re uniquely positioned to help our clients reinvent their business processes end-to-end and lead in their market,” the executive added.
WNS CEO Keshav Murugesh said the “shared values and culture” of the two formerly individual companies “will make for a seamless integration, enabling us to unlock exciting opportunities”.
