The ceremony brought together representatives from operators, equipment manufacturers, terminal vendors, and industry partners—online and offline—to explore the evolution of 5G-A technology and innovations in experience monetization.
Technical Achievements Spotlighted in the Interaction Zone
In an interaction zone, Henan Mobile showcased the latest progress on upgrading user experiences through real use cases such as video watching and cloud uploading.
A highlight is the demonstration of a customized “interactive experience entry,” through which users can view differentiated network rates and purchase services. Currently, this function is already available on the Huawei Mate 80 series. Guests experienced phone demonstrations in real network conditions, seeing the customized UE logo transform from a static identifier into an intelligent service touchpoint.
An onsite presenter explained, “Here we witness the remarkable impact of our ‘intelligent golden pipe’ framework and ‘interactive experience entry’. They turn abstract network services into something visible and tangible.”

By harnessing the power of its 5G-A infrastructure and flexible resource scheduling technology, the company is pioneering a new service model for user groups such as GoTone package users. This model is built around the core objectives of delivering connectivity that is deterministic, ubiquitous, and perceptible. The partnership is implementing the Group’s four transformation initiatives: network capability productization, traditional channel transformation, secondary traffic stimulation, and tailored service delivery, while exploring new paradigms for experience monetization. The jointly developed device-network synergy empowers Henan Mobile’s high-quality 5G-A network to serve millions of users. Looking ahead, the two parties will continue their collaboration to broaden segment-specific experience service scenarios, unlocking both the technological benefits and commercial value of 5G-A.
Unveiling of Three Achievements: a Holistic Upgrade in Network, Experience, and Technology
During the release, Henan Mobile and Huawei highlighted three significant achievements in network deployment, user experience, and technological innovation.
Regarding network deployment, Liu Tingxin, Deputy General Manager of Network Department of Henan Mobile, stated that the company has provided contiguous 5G-A network coverage within Zhengzhou’s fourth ring road, built a high-quality demonstration site, and also enhanced network coverage in key scenarios such as high-speed railway hubs, with nationwide-leading key network capabilities. Besides this, Henan Mobile has built an intelligent operations platform for accurate user requirement awareness and intelligent product matching, laying a solid foundation for new 5G-A premium services.
As for experience monetization, Liu Yuankang, Deputy General Manager of Marketing Department of Henan Mobile, mentioned that the company has accumulated 2 million 5G-A users, ranking the top in the country. Henan Mobile has also launched the first 5G-A package in March this year to enrich the package tiers catering to diverse requirements. Additionally, the company has rolled out the new “Experience 2.0” service to combine the “intelligent golden pipe” framework with the “interactive experience entry.” The combination helps provide network products with X-fold deterministic speeds and ensures one-click access to the service entry. Currently, the service is nearly ready for trial commercial use.
Regarding technological innovation, Leo Ma, Vice President of Huawei Cloud Core Network Product Line, said that the two parties have achieved a leap from network experience 1.0 to 2.0. AI-based technologies enable a transformation from coarse KPI assessment to real-time, precise awareness of service-level QoE. The “intelligent golden pipe” framework facilitates coordinated resource scheduling across multiple spectrums. In addition, UE Logo 2.0 offers an “interactive experience entry”, allowing users to intuitively perceive their experience quality and laying a technical foundation for operators to design experience package services.
